Removing filters #83

Description of the issue:

When I remove a filter and x out the window, then reopen the filter window, the 
removed filter is still there.

What version of OmegleSpyX are you using? On what operating system?

3.1.2 on Windows 7

How often do you experience this issue?

all the time

The list is upside-down. Deleting the top filter removes the bottom and vice 
versa.

@curt77777@hotmail.com Again... man, you're awesome. Technically, only one of 
the lists was upside down. The jList (which was upside down) corresponds to an 
ArrayList.
