Discord JS V14 Upgrade #280

Upgrade to Discord JS V14, currently its in dev, as long as its in dev i wont update the mooncord dev branch with discord js 14, instead i will make a new branch called feature/280_dev_v14

This wont happen because after 0.0.6 i will focus on a python base
