Amelia edited the readStrandOrigin.csv module, but I couldn't get the Github Action workflow working correctly and we just need to update the model so I decided to do it "manually" aka running some scripts and pushing the changes.
I used data-model-creation/join_model.py to generate the full csv and convert to json-ld. The generate test manifests job isn't working because there are now no synapse credentials. The dictionary update script isn't working because of some dependencies.
