Created a new TMT proteomics template, updated the UsedIn for some attributes, and created new attributes for this metadata template.

UPDATE: manually edited the CSV, don't need to open a bug

To do: open a Bug with FAIR Data for 'replicate' attribute not appearing as it should. It is being used as a valid value for two other attibutes. Need to resolve those valid value names AND review the templates they're being used in (are they needed?). 21A3A881-A384-43F3-951B-AF566D529B90
