[BUG] Windows Tools - Windows Activation Key Bug #28

Describe the bug Windows Activation Key Function does not work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Windows Tools (in 1.1)
  2. Run "Get Windows Activation Key"

Expected behavior Key is retrieved and dumped to a text file in C;/Temp

Fixed! Changed processes, and as well tweaked and removed UAC requirement
