It appears that with .NET 9, Windows Forms might be getting a native dark mode component! Opening an issue to track the integration of native dark mode with the new .NET 9 rollout.

.NET 9 as well has libraries for natively retrieving system color... no more registry pulls!

This isn't due to hit release until probably 24H2... Going to backlog for now
