Give a final pass over the documentation files (main README.md, deployment instructions etc.) to make sure it reflects the status of the application. Remove any redundant info or info that is better covered elsewhere (e.g., for a description of TES, it is probably better to link to the TES repo).
Depending on the solution chosen for #166, the documentation could also be hosted all in one place (e.g., GH Pages).
