Initialize the project - Githubissues

Creation of relevant directory structure.
Setting up MongoDB and MinIo(MiniKube) locally for development.
Finalizing the Rocrate schema to store in MongoDB.
Create EXECUTION.md which will contain the brief plan and execution process at different stages. (It will be useful to avoid duplication of dropped approaches in the future)
