Write Services

Services will contain the main logic for handling operations whether it is to store a particular crate in MInIo, interact with the third-party platform like Zenodo for publishing, or any middleware logic such as searching a specific Rocrate.

Three main services will be:

• Rocrate service- Will be used to store crate data in MongoDB and crate's sip file in MinIo.
• Search service- It will contain the whole Elastic Search logic.
• Zenodo Service- It will contain the interaction with Zenodo APIs.
