docs: fix docker-compose deployment instructions #241

Details

The readme didn't match some settings in docker-compose file as it was updated. Refer to the corresponding issue #237 for more information.

Documentation

  1. cloning the repo with default directory name
  2. edited the grep command to take wes-worker instead of cwl-wes_wes-worker
  3. Changed port from 7777 to 8080
