chore: check status of endpoints

Check current state of implementation with respect to the work needed for integration between Krini (deployed at https://krini.rahtiapp.fi/) and available WES deployments.

Create issues for any subtasks and add to this project board.

The following behaviors of the indicated endpoints were tested:

• POST service-info/
  • 201: :heavy_check_mark:
• GET service-info/
  • 200: :heavy_check_mark:
• POST runs/
  • 200: :heavy_check_mark:
  • 400: :heavy_check_mark:
• GET runs/
  • 200: :heavy_check_mark:
• GET runs/{run_id}
  • 200: :heavy_check_mark:
  • 404: :heavy_check_mark:
• GET runs/{run_id}/status
  • 200: :heavy_check_mark:
  • 404: :heavy_check_mark:
• POST runs/{run_id}/cancel
  • 200: :heavy_check_mark:
  • 404: :heavy_check_mark:

So apart from the 401 and 403 responses (not tested here) and the issues described in #32, #33 and #62, all endpoints behaved as expected in these superficial tests.

For POST runs/, the following payload was used:
