Support heex #112

This adds basic support for the .html.heex files in the upcoming Phoenix 1.6 version https://www.phoenixframework.org/blog/phoenix-1.6-released

Yes! html.leex and html.eex are deprecated now in favor of html.heex

Bumping this again @keathley , would be great to have .heex support on Atom.

Will try to manually install this package in the meantime...
