"This seems a bit nebulous (see https://support.datacite.org/v1.3/docs/what-is-a-dmp-id) as it can be of any time of PID, e.g. DOI ARK . So it seems to be PIDs, yes, but not a particular schema. If you are keeping it in, some comment to the effect that this one isn't like the others might be appropriate.
If you think it might confuse people, I think we should remove it.
I tried looking it up, and could only find the document above. Is there any more info about it? I spend a lot of time around standards, incl identifier schemata, and can't find a proper definition of a DMP id - only the link I found above. If we can't be sure about how a thing works, perhaps we shouldn't include it. [...]"
