Controlled vocabulary linking reference #16

If possible to link or inform in someway the describing page of the controlled vocabulary or the given reference page so readers can access the description of the keywords/tags in the future.

It's currently not possible (I mean not easy.. ) to add links to tags. However, we might consider something like abbreviations, where a definition appears when hovering over a word: https://squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/reference/tooltips/#adding-abbreviations
