Chapter 2 or 3: Annotation about different scenarios

In chapter 3, we started discussing the differences between two scenarios (see below), but they don't really fit the content now. Consider migrating to a different chapter or adding a learning objective.

Scenario A (new material)

• (expected: Course design is in place already, if possible, together with several course materials - see under prerequisites)
• Which course design steps need to be taken in order to facilitate fairification:
• Set up your training materials platform: steps will be discussed in a bit more generic way, illustrated with examples and specific recommendations/pro’s & con’s for each of the 3 steps. (will not be exclusive, other storage options can be added - maybe by other authors in the future?)
• Training materials development environment

• Aim: to facilitate contributions; collaborative environment for the creators of the lessons
• Choices here influences the format / how to contribute to the material's development / how to version
• E.g. Which system to use, e.g. PowerPoint vs markdown and the repercussions it has/ the FAIRness level you will reach

• Aim: to facilitate learner's accessibility
• Archiving materials environment
• Aim: to ensure sustainability

Scenario B (old materials to be FAIRified)

Celia's comment about "to facilitate contributions; collaborative environment for the creators of the lessons": maybe move to the contributors chapter; focus on FAIR here and not on the "plusses" (openness)
