Apostrophes and other symbols not rendering correctly #26

Hello,

We at the containers team have run into the problem where apostrophes and other symbols in our Markdown source files are rendered weirdly such as ’.

Is anyone else having this problem?

It took a while, but someone from the MKDocs repository helped me find the root of the problem. It is apparently in the main.html override block, where there's a missing line: {{ super() }}. Now our Markdown files are rendered correctly in the final output.

If it helps, I'm happy to submit a Pull Request to this repository with the fix?

OK, perfect @penyuan ! Thanks for solving this. So I understand that the bioschemas json was replacing the file encoding at site_meta. You can submit a PR if you like!
