Few minor issues with index.md

1. We have to create the citation. Relatedly, we have to decide on the authors.
2. Data Setup: if it's just the data, we can include a link to the Wisconsin data. If we also need the scripts, will the potential preamble suffice?
3. Need an extra empty line (or two spaces?) after "To run this course you need to install the following:" so that the bullet points are shown properly on the actual page.
4. Similar to 3. for "To be able to follow this course, learners should have knowledge in:" & "By the end of the course, learners will be able to:"
