User story As a developer, I want Tango to have a more generic data model than TMD, so that it is easier to work with and maintain.

Sub-stories

[x] remove all free-text fields (which cannot be aggregated)
[x] remove hard-coded EXCELERATE WP field (when selected as a funding source it would expect selection of WP)
