Fix/adjustments after refactor #55

This PR solves a few regressions in introduced by the refactor in https://github.com/elixir-europe-training/Training-Metrics-Database/pull/54

It will:

remove unnecessary dependencies in metrics templates
remove an improper default for CSRF_TRUSTED_ORIGINS
update readme to make it more clear and correct
remove a code segment that nuked the database when loading data
update the .gitignore file to take the changes into account and ignore migrations for now
