Applies sunspot to project
Add CI task that builds the images

Maybe run "./gradlew :spotlessApply" every time before buding the jar files? What do you think @kdp-cloud 😄

I thought of adding it to the dockerfiles but then it still won't work if you build it from source. The build in the GitHub workflow should fail anyway if spotlessApply throws errors.

We can always change it later if necessary. I'm going to close this issue for now.
