Automatic PR opening updating the titles in the mapping file #11

This GitHub Action will create a pull request with updated titles in the mapping files. These titles are fetched from the cached content files that are created in #10.

This action is run once a week.

THis PR will close #2 because titles will be kept up to date using the ID/filename
