Level 3: is "backup" or "data redundancy" the right term for ensuring there is an offsite copy of your data for emergency planning? @GiselleMarie

Per @malloryfreeberg:

I'm not 100% sold on the use of the word "redundant", but instead what you could say is something like "Current storage needs to support the national human data network have been met including mechanisms to prevent data loss.". "Preventing data loss" is the need here, whether it's met by implementing redundancy or back-ups or w/e term.
