Onboarding of new content contributors #174

Description

As discussed in a meeting today, I am opening this issue for people to express their interest in contributing a page to the IDTk, in particular in the Showcase and National Resources categories.

@rabuono @bedroesb @martin-nc The idea is that people considering contributing, but who are unsure how, could say so here and then receive guidance. Does that sound reasonable to you?

@wm75 I kinda forgot to describe this yesterday, but the normal way of contributing is for people to open an issue about the topic they want to add (to). I kinda understood that this issue would serve as a bait for WP9 specific contributions, but I could be wrong ;)

Hi @bedroesb, yes, your guess is correct, but sure enough I can also suggest Converge WP9 members to open an issue directly for their specific page. Thanks for the explanation!
