Attempt to improve affiliations in IDTk #197

This PR is a bit of everything. Fixing some typos, but even better:

New folder to collect logos, including the ones from affiliations, in the IDTk (/images/logos/)
A new Acknowledgements sections in the showcase template
A bit more information in the editors checklist (this will close #191)
Small improvement on affiliations metadata in the showcase template

Please tell if I missed something!
