Adding Linked Cohort data showcase #255

Transferred from the sandbox to the official IDTk.

Tools have been converted to the new way of linking tools, thank you @GabiRinck for the help.

@z-w123 and @GabiRinck there is still the opportunity to review the content. I will also give the opportunity to the @elixir-europe/idtk-editors to have a look at the content.

Lets get this page live! This will close #156
