json conv and isa validation

Incorporated JSON dump by converting the isa tab files -> can be disabled by adding the -J or --json flag to the command
Incorporated isa-tab validation -> can be disabled by adding the -V or --validation flag to the command -> configuration files based on MIAPPE 1.1 https://github.com/MIAPPE/ISA-Tab-for-plant-phenotyping/tree/v1.1

So both functions are enabled by default.
