Minor updates

This update includes following improvements:

• Script able to use https://www.eu-sol.wur.nl/webapi/tomato/brapi/v1/ and https://brapi.biodata.pt/brapi/v1/
• Better handling of missing attributes
• Observation level fix
• New config files from https://github.com/MIAPPE/ISA-Tab-for-plant-phenotyping/tree/v1.1#observation-units
• Data transformation protocol and process
• protocol parameters in assay file
• Almost all mandatory MIAPPE fields are implemented now (fields unavailable in BrAPI are filled in with 'NA in BrAPI')
• New french endpoint in test docker container
