Documentation and metadata: tools not mentioned in in text

In pull request #1249, we are implementing changes to how we handle tools, resulting in different rules for rendering the tools table at the bottom of pages. Going forward, only tools referenced in the text will be included in the bottom table of the page. Some of the tools have been tagged with the page_id of this page, and we are currently exploring how to incorporate these tools into the text.

Tools that are not mentioned in the text:

I've transformed the external link on how to create a codebook to a tool link in PR. I have no opinion on the other missing tools, it they should be included or not.

The OBO foundry may be useful to keep? On the other hand, it is also in FAIRsharing as https://fairsharing.org/FAIRsharing.847069 which is explicitly listed under metadata too.

Data Catalog and PANGAEA doesn't seem in line with the topic of this page OTP seems more appropriate for Data analysis page
