Description RDMkit already has a citation requirement: https://rdmkit.elixir-europe.org/about#how-to-cite-the-rdmkit

To allow proper and easy attribution of the resource, CITATION.cff file can be added.

Very good point, I believe. According to this page the content will also be displayed as BibTeX, which is a plus.
