I've always hesitated opening PRs to add resources to the elixir-lang website. I only want to do it if I think they'll stand the test of time.
Since ElixirStreams now has over 70 free video tips, I finally feel like it could be a good resource to add to the Learning section of the elixir-lang website. Of course, if you disagree, feel free to close the PR. No hard feelings! 😄

This commit adds ElixirStreams.com in the Screencasts section, since the tips are 3-min screencasts.
