Choose a Tool: Select a diagramming tool such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or even PowerPoint.

Define Elements:

Entities: Use rounded rectangles for entities like "Healthy Volunteer", "Dr. Igor Green (CHL)", etc. Processes: Use rounded rectangles with a different color for processes such as "Recruitment & Consent", "Blood Donation & Cell Line Isolation", etc. Set Up the Layout:

Arrange entities and processes in a logical order, ensuring there is enough space between them for clarity. Align elements consistently to maintain a clean layout. Draw Connections:

Use arrows to indicate data flow between entities and processes. Differentiate data flows from annotations using different arrow styles (solid for data flows, dashed for annotations). Add Annotations:

Use text boxes to add annotations explaining specific data flows or interactions. Style and Design:

Apply a consistent color scheme for entities, processes, and arrows. Use professional fonts such as Arial or Calibri. Add icons where appropriate to enhance visual appeal. Create a Legend:

Add a legend to explain the meaning of different colors and arrow styles. Title and Export:

Add a descriptive title at the top. Export the final diagram in a high-resolution format suitable for sharing.
