MR #294 implements scientific metadata as JSON blob. This is imported with actual record importer in item with metadata key.

We should be able to import scientific metadata independently of record import.

[x] button on the record page [implemented as new field form]
[ ] command importing JSON with scientific metadata (this will need a new metadata schema in Elixir JSON schema repository
