Partners could be imported from https://ror.org/

Things to consider:

some institutes do not have a record there or they are hidden in umbrella entity (e.g. LCSB is not there - only UL)
some institutes are not even there

Some institutions have another database of organizations (so does the UNI LU in ServiceNow - some tickets have the drop down). The could support any type of resource.
