Currently, user is required to select the GDPR role when recording partner on a contract.

Some agreements do not define the roles. Either the data processed is not personal data or the agreement just defines an obligation to conclude additional agreement where the role is defined (common in case of Consortium agreements)

One way is to allow "not applicable" in the drop-down for GDPR role.

Selecting this option could open a new text field for mandatory explanation/comment
