DEPLOYMENT.md file does contain node js installation instructions which are not correct.

Replace those with the correct instructions

The implementation of this depends on the VM version.

If it is CentOS 7 like DEPLOYMENT.md suggests, the most up-to-date method to install NodeJS is not available.

I will check if it would work on Rocky8, but if we start that, there are a lot of other things to upgrade.
