Enrichment of top menu bar - profile, admin and notification view #473

Common tools out there have few menu items in top right corner (profile, settings, notifications, logout, ...)

current issues:

everything is "hidden" under the user name
user profile page does not exist
the dropdown is dynamically changing based on permission of the user

Suggestion for improvement:

About page will become Help page
Notifications will get their own icon
User dropdown will contain more options/settings
Admin options will be displayed only to users with superadmin role
