Cannot add document into contracts anymore. #517

Describe the bug (current behaviour) DAISY is asking to choose a file when file is already chosen (see screenshot)

To reproduce

  1. Go to any contract
  2. Try to add document
  3. Select a file and type of a document
  4. Press "Submit" button

Expected behavior New document added
