Ansible playbook was added to allow automated provisioning of the tool.
instructions on Docker deployment were moved from README to separate file
README file was simplified and restructured
DEPLOYMENT.md manual was also simplified (provisioning steps removed) and moved to /deploy folder

Closing for now. The Ansible deployement can be developed once there is a need for it.
