Display record system metadata #7

When was the record published. When was the record updated for the last time. What is the version of the record.

The record version/dates are independent on the actual dataset/project/study metadata.

The information should be present of on the page but not with strong accent (use light font, marginal location)

While the dataset can be still the same, more metadata can be collected - version of a record makes sense.
