Output folder flag (-o) limitation: /tsd/p172ncspm not supported #6

rbFlowLite runs on Colossus and Colossus does not have read or write permission on the /tsd/p172ncspm disk. The desire is to always keep input and output files on the /tsd/p172ncspm to avoid security issues.

In progress, ticket has been opened with TSD staff to allow colossus to read from and write to a shared disk.

This bug has a workaround in progress in this issue: https://github.com/elixir-no-nels/rbFlow-Germline/issues/21 I will therefore close this issue since TSD has confirmed that they will not allow Colossus to read and write to a shared disk as we requested.
