I disabled the Alpine build, because the patch no longer works, we can revisit later. I dropped removed CUDA 11.1 support, since the image uses cuDNN 8.0.5, which is no longer compatible with latest XLA. We still have CUDA 11.4 and jax is even more strict requiring 11.8+.
