Not sure if you want to add this because it was purposefully ignored in the past. But if you want to use this it will close https://github.com/elixir-sqlite/ecto_sqlite3/issues/81.

When I get a chance, I'll cut a release for this. I also need to update the exqlite sqlite3 code since there was an update two weeks ago.
