wrong version in instructions #40

The README states version0.4.0 but the latest hex version is 0.3.0.

Yikes - Sorry I didn't notice your PR for so long - GitHub seems to not be notifying me for some reason. 😭

So the actual reason that this is wrong is that we were intending to release a v0.4.0 after the last PR got merged a while back, but we never did. With another nice feature about to be merged, I'm thinking we will just wait to merge that and then release v0.4.0 shortly, at which point, the docs will be correct again!
