Building a good data table from scratch is a heavy load.

We should wrapping something like: https://tanstack.com/table/v8/docs/adapters/vanilla or https://github.com/fiduswriter/Simple-DataTables

We should work on this last, since the design of our components are constantly influx. Having to constantly rewrite this would set us back.
