Show post title in page title for post specific tab names #215

If someone has multiple blog posts open, it currently isn't possible to distinguish them apart from the tab bar alone. At the moment, all blog posts show up as "Blog · Elixir School". The proposed change is for "My Post Title | Blog · Elixir School".
