Where to announce the meetup #4

Are there any suggestions on where good places are to announce the meetup?

So far I have the YYJ Tech #Elixir The YYJ events calendar Our future website And VIATEC event calendar (the deadline for this is 3 weeks before, so we will not be able to submit the first meetup.

Are there any other channels that we should be looking at? Twitter, Facebook, Camosun College, UVic?

I'll spread the word at work but not sure there's anyone into Elixir but you never know!

I'm not really sure where else to post it. Wonder if it is worth posting it in some Nanaimo groups? I don't know of any though :)

That is a good idea. The only other Elixir meetup in British Columbia was the Vancouver meetup. I believe that they have been rolled into the functional meetup now.

We can find out at our first meetup who is attending and encourage them to bring coworkers and friends who are interested.
