Share the Executive Summary and PowerPoint with your Working Group, and solicit feedback for improvements. Update the Executive Summary with those feedbacks and then have your Working Group sign a Resolution, following the Board Resolution template (http://fndri.com/s6k3w7), approving the changes. Upload the Resolution, the Executive Summary and the PowerPoint to Google Docs. Paste a link to the Resolution in the assignment field, and paste links for the PowerPoint and Executive Summary into the assignment field and into the fields on Edit Profile. Make sure you set the sharing setting to "Anyone with the link.”
