If you are not working with a high-quality law firm already, identify at least one high quality law firm with which to work, schedule a meeting, and interview the firm or firms with the Interview Questions to represent the company. If you are interviewing only one firm, then it should be the local Legal Partner. List the name, URL and partner contact information of each firm, and include bulleted notes from the meeting with each firm.
