Missing markers for summaries #23

If a genome has zero hits among a list of markers, it won't put it in the output, have to append these

fix how the dictionary is made and then adds values

It appears I fixed this at some point but have zero memory of actually fixing it????

or somehow this is a bug in the custom search pipeline and not the curated one???

this did not get fixed, only appeared so because of how some of the heatmaps were originally set up, still have to fix this in the custom and manual ones because of how the dictionary is made.
