Plot overlap index on unstandardized scale #42

In plot with overlap and index, try leaving overlap on it's regular 0-1 scale. Can also see what that will do to the correlation plot, but I think it will be wonky.

Tried this but ggplot2 doesn't seem to support different axes for different sets of data.
